If you look in cookbooks or online there are several strawberry jam recipes, most of which call for copious amounts of sugar. No Thanks. We all agreed that it would be way too sweet with that much sugar so decided to use a low sugar strawberry jam recipe.
- Our next big goal is becoming debt free. We currently have about $19,100 in student loans (It was around $71k when we started, I don’t know what I was thinking at age 17 either) and $108k on the house for a total of about $127k.
Just think how weird would it be to be debt free. How many unique things could we do (options) with little or no major financial obligations.
