This week I was most excited to see the tomatoes in addition to the green peppers. This means its almost SALSA TIME! I can’t wait. I can eat an entire jar of homemade salsa in one sitting, if I’m not careful.
We also have a ton of cucumbers with 8 this week and a few that carried over from last week. There is no way we could eat them all, so I’ve been looking up pickle recipes in the Ball Home Canning Guide and Putting Food By recipe books.
