There are a few things thing that MUST change in our society for us to fully heal: the idea that the government knows what’s healthy, the idea that taking pills for a variety of ailments is an inevitable fact of old age, and the idea that any processed/packaged/assembly line created food is better or even equal to a made from scratch version.
